Happy birthday to me...
That's right folks, its the long awaited birthday update(YAY!) So lets see, Friday night we went to Par King. Now, most of you reading this are aware, but my group of frinds are a bit competetive. This obviously translates into mini-golf, making it a high pressure situation. We had set up a few rules, the first being the loser bought the winner a beer, and the other being that if someone got a solo hole in one, the loser of that hole had to buy them a shot. Well, Monika wasn't doing so hot. There were alot of moments of her banging her club on the ground. It was a tight race between me and Pett, he staying one or two ahead of me until about hole 15 where I caught up. Hole 16, I got one above Pett, and hole 17, I got a hole in one(booyatch as Tommy would say). Now those of you who have never been to Par King don't realize that the last hole is only luck. It's a big roulette wheel with scores on it. The scores range from 0-7. So, for all intensive purposes, I won the "skill" part of the night. Then lady luck decides to take a dump on my chest, and gives me a 6 on the last hole, Pett a 4, tying us up, and Mistarz, like the arse hat he is, got a 2. He freakin one by one stroke. Monika was, um , well, let's just say it didn't really matter what she got on the last hole. So then we head to Cubby Bear north, which is right next door. We find out that there was a five dollar cover, and we decided that that was bunk, and headed over to Hang-outs. We get there, and there is also a five dollar cover...Boo. We sit there hemming and hawing, and the owner was like, "y0ou can just give whatever you want" so we give 15 for the 5 of us and go in. We didn't saty real long, because the Band had obviously practiced their stage presence A LOT more than their music, and their stage presence sucked. So I then went home, not feeling well. Next day I spent the entire day playing video games, then at 7ish the Steves pick me up. We get dinner, and then bring the cooler down to the beach...
Here's an explanation of the beach. Monika had a wonderful idea a few weeks ago to "camp out" on the beach. We would actually just stay up all night and drink, but whatever. I felt a little leary about this, because I thought the cops would come. Well, it was decided we would go last night, and to ease my worried head, the steves did a stake out thursday night until like 4. They saw no sign for concern, so the plan was on. I made it blatently clear at this point I did not want to be in Jail for father's day. My concerns are pshawed by the group and we move ahead. Well anyway, we take down the cooler and hide it for later. We go and get the rest of the stuff, pick up monika, and head out to the beach. We get there, and cops are siting down there...so we decide to park at a nearby college and wait it out. I remind the group of my unwanting of jail time on dias de los padres. About 11 we go back and it's all clear. We bring down the stuff and get set up. We're having some beers, having a good time, then all of a sudden, there's a flashlight on us. That's right folks, TFK was right. So the cop asks if any of us have ID saying we live on the property we were on, and of course none of us do. So he then says, "Who's gonna step up and take a ticket for the alchohol." I think, "Mistarz would get shot, Pett has enough tickets, and Monika is moving" so I raised my hand. So then we all go to the police station while the guy is writing the ticket, and then we find out we're five dollars short of the bond, so Monika runs to an ATM. She gets back, we pay the ticket, and we're on our way. All in all, I found it hilarious, and the cop was really nice, so it ended up being a night to tell some good stories about. See below for Pictures.
Today, going to dawny's, gonna have a good time, then that should be the end of my celebrating. Until next time-kiddo's
